As soon as baby number one was on it’s way Charm and Scotty planned, took classes, and almost over prepared for their little arrival. Baby Carter or shall I say Big Brother Carter, now almost two, will soon help his parents welcome another bouncing boy into their family. Charm & Scotty and my husband & I have been friends for several years now, so sharing their story is like sharing a bit of ours. This cute couple knew they wanted to start a family right away. So, when Charm shared the news with her closest friends, that she was pregnant with Carter, I was beyond happy for them (Especially because I knew Carter and my son would only be six months apart). With our bellies brewing we daydreamed about our future play dates, swimming lessons, and adventures we would have with our sons. In 2011 our babies came and we fulfilled our sweet dreams of them becoming the best of friends. As luck would have it Charm and I are pregnant again, except this time our initial expectancy date was the exact same date. Yes, you heard me! Two best friends with their second child having the same due date. What are the odds? Better yet, how beautiful will it be that our friendships will continue to grow and our children will all share a close bond. I know Charm and Scotty are again very ready, a bit more confidant, and have their hearts open wide to welcome the new little addition to their growing family.

Now if you think Carter is cute, watch out world, I can’t wait to see an equally adorable baby C. I use the initial “C” because Charm and Scotty are still trying to narrow down their “C’ names. I already gave them my vote. I guess we will all have to wait until baby number two arrives. Here is a look at Charm’s growing belly and the last photo session of this family of three.
